Local Issues - Ness Walk

[Local Issues⇐]

Over the bridge and turn left into Ness Walk.
This end has been pedestrianised and there are lots of signs.
The speed limit is 20 mph and the traffic direction is one-way from the bridge.
There is a warning to look out for cycles coming in the opposite direction.

At the Cathedral end of Ness Walk there are 'No Entry' signs.
But there is no exception for cyles.

So at what point can cyclist start cycling against the traffic flow?
I guess this might be the pedestrianised half of Ness Walk.
But there are no signs to make this clear.

Proposal: Make an exception for cyclists for the whole of Ness Walk.
