  is a source of examples and tutorials.

The Learning Processing book is a good but dated source.
Its source code is freely available for download.

The Getting Started with Processing book is a good introduction.
There is no download for the source code but it's mostly short.

The Open Processing website enables sharing of sketches.
Thousands of varied examples and links - continually updated.
