Issue
• Very narrow footpaths.
• Risks to public safety from potential extreme speeding
  (road is mostly wide and straight).
• Advisory cycle lanes present but put drivers and cyclists in conflict.

Proposal
• Footpath widening, space taken from ghost filter lanes
  and by temporarily suspending car parking.
