Issue
• Narrow footpaths limit ability to social distance.
• Cyclists often cycle on footpaths due to reluctance to cycle on-road (safety).
• Metal railings create pinch points and artificially reduce footpath widths.

Proposal
• Reallocate one carriageway on each side of bridge
  as segregated bike lanes in space gained.
