Numbers in the range 10.0 to 99.9

Numbers in the range 1.00 to 9.99
  5.63 = 5.63 x 1 = 5.63x10⁰

Numbers in the range 0.100 to 0.999
  0.563 = 5.63 / 10 = 5.63x10^-1

Note It is a Math wonder that 10⁰ = 1
